She was my judge when I was fighting for my daughter.

She was my judge when I was fighting for my daughter. My daughter’s mother is Jewish and I’m catholic. She agreed that my daughter’s mother should have Christmas and Easter. I stood there in disbelief!!!! She is the reason why my ex knows there are no consequences to her actions and she does whatever she wants. My daughter’s mother turned 10 in July and I haven’t seen her since. This is criminal! I have joint custody and haven’t seen or spoken with my daughter in 6 months. Way to go, judge Kent!! I’d say we all get together and tell our stories collectively!!! Text me at 516.578.3080

I don’t mean to pile on but Kent’s reputation certainly preceded her.

I don’t mean to pile on but Kent’s reputation certainly preceded her. She is the worst.. She’s a nepo baby (brother is also a judge) who has no business being on the court. She dismissed three neglect petitions filed by cps on behalf of my 5yo son and ordered the guy who molested him into anger management classes so he could rehabilitate himself and live with him again. Was angrier at me for calling in from my car than the pedophile in front of her. She “doesn’t want things to become confrontational.” More concerned about good vibes and positive energy than protecting children. Her part felt more like some new wave yoga studio than a court of law. People like Kent are the reason the family court and cps are all over the newspapers and she makes the title of family court judge one to be lived down rather than lived up to. A total disgrace. Not that there will any accountability because they’re cross endorsed and run unopposed.

This woman was our attorney for the kids...then she became a judge. When I told her she should recuse herself.... she turned beer red and refused.... and of course the ruling came back against me!!!

She is not a good judge in my opinion, she appears to be extremely bias she, her conduct and attitude is less desirable in what a fair minded judge should be. She does not read report and take them into consideration when making her decision in my case, how can a fair minded judge award custody to a person thats an alcoholic with recent criminal history and other substance abuse, to make matters worse the person is unemployed.
