I was recently party in a hearing in which she was heard and I was denied my request for appointment of legal counsel. She had no consideration for any evidence I tried to offer nor would she listen to any witnesses offered. She sided with the plaintiff even after I was able to catch him in a lie and he demonstrated that he was not afraid of me by staying alone with me when delivering the court papers. I am around 100 lbs. He weighs 240 and supposedly he fears for his life from me! She is anything but honorable in my opinion and to add she is not even a judge in my county but somehow was that day and his attorney is from Greenville with an old partner who's also a family court judge in Greenville.

She laughed when she was told that the she had made ruling based upon false information and by refusing to allow witnesses. Stating something like, "This is family court, if we had new hearings for all of the lies we would never finish and trials"

Horrible judge conits will not consider your income when placing financial resposibilities on you. She also does not care about primary caregiver facts and will place children with whomever has the money

Completely unfair when deciding a 'runner case' of ex-wife leaving upon ex-husband arriving to SC to be near child. Not only did she allow ex-wife to depart the state but she forced ex-husband to pay for ex-wife's patty's fees.
