He is a retired Judge, whose opinion has issued disgraceful decisions and is still in the shadows issuing decisions.

Poor performance does not take the facts in the case and apply them properly. Essentially running a very rogue operation against his Oath and has serious bias if it requires him to do more work or if it interferes with his everyday task.

AMAZING JUDGE

I heard he was a biased judge and that is what I believe after dealing with him. I deeply feel he has something against good moms, or against the protective parent. He normally goes with what mediators recommend and I’m my case he didn’t and that let me know he was definitely biased. He even said 99 % of the time he does what the mediator recommends but not this time. Not a coincidence. It’s scary to have someone like him making decisions for these innocent children, because it’s definitely not for the child’s best interest. I don’t know what he’s out to prove.

Judge Baio, Liberals falsely believe the system can be reformed within established processes. Truth is that the system can’t be reformed. Those in power, like Judge Baio, will do anything to stay in power. This includes retaliating against a single mom who spoke out against court abuses by stealing her 4 children, giving the kids to an abusive dad, all for the insolence of complaining about the abuse. Rocky Baio needs to be held to answer for his crimes against this woman and her family! We are Anonymous. We are Legion. We do not forgive corruption. We will always stand with the innocent. Dear Public, I’ve received a message from a single mom showing bias by Judge Baio aianst protective parents. “> May 5th I contacted the victim advocates office in Ventura and they were the first people to ever give me any sort of comfort in this justice system. They helped me file a restraining order and the temporary restraining order was granted under judge Rocky Biao who replaced judge smiley. Dad didn’t show up to court and the judge gave me full legal and full physical custody. May 17th dad retained Mr. Sundeen for an ex parte hearing. On May 18th we went into court and judge Biao not only gave dad back his original custody but he actually ended up giving him more time to accommodate the restraining order! > My kids and I are the ones who suffered through his actions and then he’s the one who gets rewarded in the end?
