Biased against children's safety and against good parents' civil rights and parental rights and children's rights.

Biased against children's safety and against good parents' civil rights and parental rights and children's rights. His only desire obviously by his actions and court orders is to destroy kids and destroy law-abiding citizens, while protecting ONLY abusers or convicted criminals. He is utterly bias, ignores the laws written even the ones commonly known. Taken kids from parents without a spect of evidence nor reliable witness. He violates the U.S. and Oklahoma Constitution and bills of rights and does not follow proper procedurals nor judicial code of conducts. Judge Rodney Sparkman has been working 20+ years for DHS to help kidnapping kids from safe home or ensure they stay with abusers. He has no business being a judge; he does NOT follow either written law or stare decises. I agree with others opinion around town that he himself should go to prison for violations of civil rights and child abuse and child-kidnapping via accomplice and via complicity.

Doesn't care about the safety or wellbeing of the children.

Doesn't care about the safety or wellbeing of the children. Doesn't care if children are being abused, and he is willing to continue postponing proceedings indefinitely, especially against safe, protective moms. Is biased against females. With a history of working for DHS, it is obvious he lacks integrity and has a blatant disregard for the safety of innocent children.

Not at all intelligent.

Not at all intelligent. Don't understand how he even got to be a judge. Does not understand the law. Being on the bench has gone to his head.
