I cannot believe this is a presiding judge for the family division. Surely the only reason he got appointed is due to affirmative action. He was absolutely disinterested in learning case details and simply sided with DCPP without reviewing any details, exhibits, taking testimony, witnesses, etc. He was so absent minded that he appointed a DCPP supervisor in a case where the state did not take over the custody of the child, and one of the attorneys had to remind him that DCPP supervisor is not applicable in this matter. He had no clue. He did not care what happens to the child. Please someone remove this embarrassment of a judge from his position. Affirmative action is great but not when it comes at the cost of broken families and children.
