It all began with a divorce petition in July 2010. A petition that expired in July 2015 with no conclusive outcome presented in a legal instrument. The petitioner disappeared prior to the expiration date. And, my life has been held hostage to law fare for 15 years. Anyone who says to the contrary is committing perjury if asked to testify. Everything else is hearsay, conjecture, and opinion.

LUND VIOLATED OUR RIGHST FROM WHEN HE TOOK OVER THE CASE. MR. DICKENS NEVER DID HIS JOB, AND THE CORRUPTION THAT WENT ON IS INCREDIBLE, WITH SO MANY PREDATORS INVOLVED. TO NAME A FEW ANGELIQUE V. FRIEND, HER HUSBAND DAVID M. EQUIBIAS, LINDSAY NEILSON, AND MANY MORE INVOLED IN PROBATE. THE LAWS SHOULD BE ABOLISHED, AND LUND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE BENCH. I WONDER WHY HE'S TAKEN OUT 11 MILLION IN LOANS, AND THEY GET PAID OFF QUICKLY. IT'S FUNNY HOW THEY USE THIS PROCESS TO LAUNDER MONEY TAKEN FROM THE ELDERLY, DISABLED AND OTHERS. HE GAVE NO REGARD TO MY MOTHER'S LIVING TRUST, WORKING WITH THE RUBBER STAMPING AND FALSIFIED DOCUMENTS MY MOTHER'S ESTATE AND STEALING MY HOME, WHICH WAS "QUIT CLAIMED" AND RECORED IN 2008. DEPLETING FUNDS FROM ESTATES AND NOT HORORING OUR DEAR PARENTS' WISHES, WHILE VOILATING HER RIGHTS, IS WHAT LUND AND HIS CRONIES ARE ALL ABOUT.

Judge Lund is part of [Redacted by Ed.] predatory conservatorships in Ventura County. He rubberstamps all billings by the conservators and attorneys of the conservatees, without looking at the billings. The conservators and lawyers are emptying the life savings of the conservatees for their own financial gain. Why does Lund allow this? [Redacted by Ed.]
