I had the displeasure of having him hear a motion related to my case and I was SHOCKED at the unprofessionalism I witness as I awaited my turn. Blatant rage and disrespect he demonstrated in the court room. He makes a mockery of the justice system with his behavior and should be removed. He should at the very least undergo anger management and professionalism training. Embarrassing. There is no reason for you to scream and yell in a court room every few minutes or mock people when they speak. How can a judge properly rule without allowing people to finish their sentence and making assumptions instead. He ignores evidence (does not even look at it) and does not read or prepare prior to entering the court room and it shows. Bring back Judge Yerkey. She was fair, patient, listened, allowed people to speak, looked at evidence, and embodied everything a judge should be. Even when I witnessed people act up in court, she was firm but respectful and handled people in a way that shows she understands she is in a department that deals with potentially leaving people homeless and the empathy thats needed to handle the public. Judge Frank....disgrace to how she ran the department.

Judge Frank was the worst Judge i had ever had in the courtroom.

Judge Frank was the worst Judge i had ever had in the courtroom. For the first year I would not want him as the Judge for my cases. After the first year I than started to have my cases in his courtroom. It was the best thing I have ever done. Through the years Judge Frank became my favorite Judge in Inglewood Court, he became my favorite Judge in any courthouse. Judge Frank is fair, win or lose he will always have my respect. Judge Frank is no longer in Inglewood court, I have no idea where he is, but if he ever reads this, I want you to know how I feel and a lot of the collectors feel about you. I have been in this courthouse for more then 30 years, I have been in front of many Judges but this Judge is different. JUDGE FRANK IS FAIR. I WISH MORE JUDGES WERE LIKE HIM

“What rule are you basing your ruling on?” Simple question, you would think a judge would know that before ruling, then relies on Plaintiff to answer the question, and he doesn’t know either.

Maybe he’s gotten away with biased rulings for years, but times change—never underestimate a litigant with AI.

Any time spent in his courtroom is time you'll never get back He definitely has a system for UD cases and knows the law inside out. Maybe he slightly favors tenants. I would probably 170.6 if only because I'd rather not have to deal with his personality.

My friend was double F word-ed.

My friend was double F word-ed. One by a Catholic school teacher and then RF here. Before defendants filed a Demmur there must be a meet and confer declaration filed by defendants. Never happened and case went south after dismissal and due to ills and surgery and court third party filing services Justice was denied, Raped, and sodomized. Great job Rabbi Frank. 33 years right?

I had the worst experience in small claims court.

I had the worst experience in small claims court. Judge believed on bleached carpet ( false evidence) that too after move out inspection.( false fact).I gave him my written evidence I am paying half . He said let’s look at your calculations but he didn’t he only got one fact and said I will give this to Defendant. My evidence which was ignored and excluded from trial and ruling. Landlord is paying for carpet invoice is for 53 yards. Landlord is paying for Large bedroom bedroom 33 yards and I am paying for small bedroom 20 yards. so my balance is $18*20*0.75 (proration as mentioned in lease) = $270 how it was calculated 954/2 = $477. Dependent testimony how many rooms do you have 5 how many rooms with carpet do you have bedrooms living room and hallway what are you paying for living room and hallway. Judge said you will be paying more and ruled against me and scolded me for leaving behind bleach carpet that too after move out inspection. Bad faith claim dismissed with false evidence and false move out inspection.

I had the worse experience in small claims court .

I had the worse experience in small claims court . Property management company was charging me non refundable security deposit and refused to pay me back so I filed case against them. Defendant showed false damage and lied about the move out inspection and Judge believed in all the lies. He never looked at my evidence which contradicted. I was blamed for false damages and false move out inspection. Why would someone go to court if they left damages and if told to remedy identify it.

Terrible! Doesn't take the time to review or READ THE EVIDENCE!

Terrible! Doesn't take the time to review or READ THE EVIDENCE! Or understand the immediate time requirements of an owner to abate hazardous materials from an occupied unit. Granted possession of a property to the owner after tenant was displaced for months due to contamination to property and contents and requested the required cleaning. Frank didn't bother to read the reports from both parties in which both found contamination on contents inside property and rules parties didn't bother to test contents. Absolutely mind blowing!
