My first impressions of this judge were that he was very easy going and he seemed like a pretty decent guy at the time it was hard to explain that I was being maliciously harassed by the police and whether charges are dropped or not filed it still comes as an expense to me personally right now I am experiencing things such as people at the courthouse who are switching around arrest dates and judges of past arrest.. it is Governor Ron DeSantis Chief appointed judges job to handle things such as punishment for illegal activities committed by law enforcement officers and judicial court clerks figures and other judges.. this is not something I enjoy doing when a police officer does a favor that is a victimless crime which means no Financial loss no personal injury no mental anguish and no property damage that is a victimless crime... and undeserved arrest record is a crime when there is malicious intent especially when it's not an accident this affects Futures such as job opportunities renting a home or a condominium.. If there is more than one person applying they can easily decide to rent or give the job to somebody who does not have an arrest record which is separate of a conviction record.. Even though judges are not supposed to take your arrest record into consideration this is not true they're just not allowed to say it if they did not take it into consideration they would not allow a state's attorney to even bring it up if it did not matter this has happened to me personally.. Tampa police chief Brian Dugan has allowed officers from the Tulare & Fresno County to imprison people on fabricated charges and leave their name completely off the police report like Villanueva and Kaylene and attenza these are two stupid people that think they are looking for a serial killer and they suck at their job so they just steal from people they have done this before in California and let's talk about Hillsborough County sheriff's deputies and employees that get to steal o

This judge was very polite allowed you to speak however I have to say I'm really irritated I was arrested on fabricated charges kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon the state put a red flag order on me which was all fraudulent the notary stamp it was issue by Hillsborough served by Pinellas and it was a complete fraud the notary commission was signed by Lisa Hickman and in her name however when you check the certificate and notary ID number it comes back to a Kathryn Cryer the signature does not appear to be that of a woman that works with paperwork on a daily basis you can tell it's a complete forgery I have it posted on my Facebook under the name Carye Hoy I filed for a hearing in front of Judge Ficarrotta to get my right to possess a firearm restored sentient temporary been taken by the red flag order even though those charges were dropped or not filed I was illegally denied since when I filed for the hearing [Redacted] in Tampa Florida he got scared and used one of his friends to arrest me so that I would have charges pending it doesn't it's innocent until proven guilty.. it must have been nice for [redacted] to have insurance policy switched around so that when I was stabbed twice in the back with a punctured lung make a collect the $50,000 policy this is something they've been doing for a very long time over there and all you do is assist them so I was wondering judge is it a requirement that you [redacted]

Mr Ficarrotta I was hoping to hear the outcome of my settlement with everything being a civil matter ... Honorable judge I usually don't like to be rude but I'm going to make an exception since I've given you multiple opportunities to fix your mistakes by illegal eating me the return of my right to possess a firearm.. at Marcus Malcolm's recommendation just because he's related to Desantis unfortunately I've had to contact the department of Justice DeSantis who's involved in human trafficking all the way from California to New York down to Florida so you look like you're associated with that..... If you're going to allow that fat pig Lisa Hickman is steal out of the records department .... Honorable Judge I was hoping to receive a response regarding the questionable unfavorable decision I received regarding my right to possess a firearm all my charges had been dropped or not filed and I had spent 22 days in jail for between Pinellas and Hillsborough for voluntarily surrendering ammunition I was denied by you at the State's Attorney's request.. I'm off for doing favors but this is been a little bit too much for me to think of an isolated situation the very strange thing is is they were doing the same thing on the other side of the country to my youngest half-brother in California If you would please take a moment to look at my Facebook I'm sure you will find a lot of interesting facts there I have multiple complaints & reports I feel as if though I've been arrested many times to oppress and Steal from me to keep me from filing any type of lawsuit to recover any of the monetary losses that I have suffered red flag orders that stole my second amendment rights that the records department as well as the Sheriff's Department had we're stolen or lost I do not believe that the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department loses paperwork unless they want to I feel as if though I've been very patient Highland California but I was living under a bridge in Florida for quite a while and lost everything I own and I feel no fault of my own I will include a couple links the first one will be the shortened version of what happened and there will be a couple others that I think you will find very interesting The last link will be of the red flag order issued on Hillsborough County Florida that the records department and Sheriff's Department lost their copy so I provided them with a photographic copy of mine Lisa Hickmans signature does not appear to be that of a woman that works with paperwork on a daily basis also that notary stamp is registered to her like a firearm and is very dangerous and these people have been using it to steal more often than a firearm is used
