I plead bankruptcy and she refused to acknowledge it and awarded my ex back taxes despite no clause in my divorce decree saying I could not plead federal bankruptcy. She accepted all documents from my ex attorney but refused to accept any of my documents that were provided . Conflict of interest with knowing the opposing side attorney. I’m disabled fixed income and she awarded everything to ex. QDRO was not done equally and she still refused to consider ex pension to be computed dispute I never signed off on it due to miscalculation.Very disappointed .
