Hard to give her a bad review because she tries to be fair and seems to work hard, but she's just incredibly naive and weak when it comes to civil litigation. Laboring under the misapprehension that civil lawyers are honest and lacks the insight and inclination to identify and punish gamesmanship in civil cases. In sum, well-meaning but very weak judge. Terrible for civil plaintiffs with legitimate claims. Great for defendants with dishonest lawyers who want to delay cases, increase fees, and hide evidence.
