Rosendo Padilla

Judge Padilla is incredible. He really *practiced* civil and family law, so he knows litigation inside and out. It makes a huge difference to practice family law before judges that really know the ins and the outs of civil litigation. My only critique would be that sometimes he spends too much time on his cases set for 20 minutes, but he does that for everyone. He does not play favorites. He works very hard, reads everything. He and his clerk Briana are a great team. We are SO lucky to have Judge Padilla.
