Rosie Lazcano Allred

Judge Rosie Allred flaunts her bias in the court. Her bias is clearly displayed. All NM Rules of Civil Procedure are thrown out so that she can accommodate her favored party. The party she favors can be weeks, yes weeks, late in filing and she will accept it not just once, but over and over! What she has done is clearly an abuse of process by a judge to allow the other party to harass the victim.

Dismissive and Rude. Treats the Plaintiff as if they are stupid. I hold a terminal degree in the medical field. I am not stupid and resent being treated as such.
