A refreshing addition to the NY Co. bench. Though my experience with Justice Kraus was limited to a settlement conference, I was very surprised to see her negative reviews. Despite our case being a fairly complex commercial matter, Justice Kraus very quickly and easily comprehended and weighed in on the disputed material facts and legal issues, including evidentiary ones the parties would be facing at trial (indicating she is likely a very competent trial judge)
