Sally C. Chester

I have appeared in front of Judge Chester in both civil and criminal matters. Since she has retired, I have had her to in court in at least 4-5 different counties. Always a delight. I don't understand how any attorney would rate her less than a "10" in any of these categories. She gets to the heart of a matter, hears both sides, works through difficult issues, and crafts a fair resolution to the issue. She's also humble and considerate -- does not view herself as high and mighty. I had an issue where either Judge Chester or her clerk made a paperwork mistake and Judge Chester fixed it quickly after being asked very respectfully. Unfortunately, many judges would not bother.
