This idiot evicted me from community property that I was half owner of simply because my ex wanted him to. He admitted that I was half owner of the property and he made me pay rent while I appealed the decision. He gave my ex the rent money as if he were my landlord, even though I was co-owner of the damn home. His staff spoke about me behind my back (I have the recording) and they all listened to my ex's victim act so they were all against me and totally biased. Any lawyers out there with any balls want to sue him with me?

Not a good judge at all. For starters, he knew that a bench trial was set to go but his courtroom was completely unavailable on the day of due to technical difficulties - no problem - until we needed to move to a closet to conduct the trial without proof we had functioning microphones to record the hearing. This trial was over $3K and the case was a simple one - whether or not the Defendant used the credit card or accessed it in any way. Judge Goodman seemed to not be interested in hearing the case, even after I had utilized a witness from my client's company, cross-examined the Defendant, and the evidence appeared to show the Defendant's name, where he lives, and what was purchased. Ironically, a diamond ring had been purchased from the evidence - the Defendant showed up to the hearing without it on, which I made clear to the Judge as well. Midway through the trial, Goodman appeared to be sleeping and ruled in favor of the Defendant prior to admitting that the card was used! Unbelievably bad judge.
