She seems to be over worked.

She seems to be over worked. We get into court and she claims to "not have time" to settle a case pro se which involved children. Oh and if your hearing is not being recorded, watch out...she may say something really crazy.

She seemed to be taken by surprise by a court date that had been scheduled for months, then just put it off for another time, you know, a few months down the road. That s fine. It s only the well being of 2 children we re talking about.

She shows extreme prejudice in a custody battle my daughter is involved in.

She shows extreme prejudice in a custody battle my daughter is involved in. They are suppose to be sharing custody 50-50, but he never has them, but regardless, she has to pay HIM child support. Those of us in the gallery were admonished like children when only our faces showed our disbelief. We said NOTHING. The court date we attended had been in place for months, but she stated she only had 5 min. to spend on it, and it would have to be rescheduled. What? My daughter and her female partner are mothers and productive members of society. This means they have jobs. The father has no job, no dwelling, or income, and this is a consistant condition. This judge shows bias like I can't put into words. That s the only explanation.
