Sandra S. Beckwith

Thanks to Judge Beckwith, I am pro se after she allowed my attorneys to withdraw from a politically motivated civil rights lawsuit. Despite the motions I have filed seeking her to recluse, her magistrate denied the recluse motion and the judge overruled my objection! Obviously she still has deep political ties to the Hamilton County honchos who elevated her to the Senior Judge throne. I filed an amended complaint 4/30/14 and she still has not granted leave to proceed. OUTRAGEOUS that she and her affiliates can control the access to Justice for this 67 year old political martyr.

She is a perfect federal judge: well-prepared, studious, in control but cordial. She sets a great tone for everyone else.

She is well-prepared and works hard. She treats everyone fairly and courteously. People expect to her to act like a prima donna because that's what they're used to. When she doesn't, they don't know how to read her. She's just a nice, smart, hardworking lady.

She is one of the hardest working judges on the federal bench, treats all-comers with respect, is fair and as unbiased as is humanly possible. She follows the Rules closely for the sake of making proceedings fair for everyone.

Judge Beckwith despite here pro-gevernemnt position in general can be convinced. I am aware of Motion ot supress which she granted in a case where the govet. had a search warrant. She can be impatient if you are not prepared.

When in doubt she defaults to the government's position. She would like to think of herself as fair but seems to be shocked to learn the lawyers do not regard her in that manner. Will not take an agreed plea once a plea deadline has passed, even if it is not the defendant's fault. She will only take a plea as charged once the deadline has passed
