I feel like the judge was unfair during my court case with my daughter's father because he has a criminal record and has been violent towards me in the past. It seems like the judge didn't take these factors into consideration and allowed him to see our daughter. I wanted to bring my daughter to court so she could share her side of the story, but she disagreed. I also had proof that he wanted to be taken off child support, but he denied it in court and the judge didn't believe me. The judge even reduced the child support amount from $450 to $150 per month, which I don't think is fair or enough to cover my daughter's expenses. He's not complying with the visitation schedule either he supposed to take her Thursdays to help her with homework and he’s not complying. I'm not sure who to turn to now that my case is closed. It's frustrating because he claims he can't find a job, but I know he's working under the table and not paying his taxes. I just want what's best for my daughter.
