Absolutely shameful, and extremely racist and biased. This judge did not follow through on the "due process" for which my family member DESERVED. This judge should not even be able to serve as a judge considering his illegal and embarrassing actions of his own election and the election of a colleague in Hendry County. This judge violated canons of law, and yet he gets to decide the fates of people's lives! DISGUSTING. It is said that YOU ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY, in the U.S. Constitution, not by this man, no, HE gave HIS OPINION, not thinking of my family member's child that wouldn't see their father for many years. I am so disgusted and embarrassed to even be a resident in the same county as this judge presides. All of the cases that this man has had adjudicated over should be investigated and reviewed. He has convicted people on his based opinion not on the laws set forth by the United States Constitution, he ruled by his own bias, prejudice and OPINION not by the facts and evidence of the case. GOD will be his JUDGE. HE WILL GET HIS one day, and I hope I am around to see it, because what he is doing in the court room should be STOPPED!
