It is deeply concerning to witness the continued abuse of judicial authority displayed by Judge Scott Nord. Over time, a pattern has emerged suggesting that he prioritizes personal bias over impartiality, often disregarding legal standards in favor of punitive and unjust decisions. Such conduct not only undermines public trust in the legal system but also has tangible, damaging consequences for the individuals who appear before him. Numerous accounts point to Judge Nord using his position to intimidate, silence, or penalize those who challenge his authority, rather than upholding the fair application of the law. This kind of power misuse erodes the foundation of justice and raises serious questions about his fitness to preside over matters that demand neutrality and integrity. Accountability is essential in every branch of government — and the judiciary is no exception. A judge must be held to the highest ethical standards. Unfortunately, based on what has come to light, Scott Nord appears to have fallen short of this responsibility. [redacted by Ed.]

Judges play an essential role in maintaining the rule of law, ensuring fairness, and upholding justice. Their responsibility is monumental, as they are entrusted with making decisions that profoundly impact individuals, families, and society. A judge must possess not only legal expertise but also an unwavering commitment to impartiality, fairness, and the integrity of the judicial process. However, when a judge fails to adhere to these principles, the consequences are far-reaching. A biased or corrupt judge does not only harm the immediate parties involved in a case; they undermine the very foundation of the legal system. In the case of Judge Scott Nord, his actions and decisions have raised serious questions about his ability to perform these duties fairly. Allegations of bias, conflicts of interest, and a failure to act within legal boundaries suggest that Nord has not consistently adhered to the ethical standards expected of someone in his position. One of the most important duties of any judge is to make rulings based on the law, not personal beliefs or outside influences. When a judge allows personal opinions or external pressures to influence their decisions, they are no longer serving justice—they are serving their own interests or the interests of others. This is a crucial issue in the case of Judge Nord, where many have argued that his decisions are driven by political or personal biases rather than the facts of the case or the law. Scott Nord is not qualified to be a judge, He is abusing his power.

Opposing told absurdly bold faced lies and sided with them on child custody.

Opposing told absurdly bold faced lies and sided with them on child custody. Absolutely horrific. It has ripped our family apart. Obvious bias towards fathers and fellow occupants in the legal field.

Our case is not over, but Judge Nord is so respectful of all parties and demands attorneys and parties maintain standards of decorum in the courtroom. What I’ve seen so far is that Judge Nord is highly intelligent, is a true neutral party and truly considers the best interest of the child.
