The last profession you should have pursued is being a judge; you are biased and judgmental, and to be in family court is a sacrilege. You put children in situations that can turn very bad for the child because you overlook when the father is a piece of garbage, but you seem not to care about that. You love to remove children from their mothers; you do that because you hate women, or you had a tumultuous relationship with your own mother. Overall, you have a better-than-thought disposition, and you have a deep-rooted hate towards women; did I say that already ? You are like the perfect storm as a judge, you have managed to possess all the traits to carry out a complete disaster when you make a decision which are life life-altering to other people. So shameful that you are still on the bench.

Scott Berstein, I have zero respect for you as a judge. You put children at risk and in dangerous situations, you are temperamental, and you think you are God. I feel sorry for anyone who stands before you seeking justice; they will get the opposite. You put my grandson in a dangerous situation by sending him off with his father, who had not cared for him or supported him in the first 2 years of his life. A man who has multiple medical diagnoses, including bipolar, acute psychosis and narcissism, was B/A twice and had overdosed with alcohol and benzos. And yet you sent my grandson off with him. You are not a woman, you could never be one, and you will never know what it is to have a child, to be a mother, or a grandmother. Hopefully, one day, a higher power will judge you for your careless way of conducting family court.

Worst judge EVER! Totally biased, hates women, and couldn't care less for what is the Childs best interest. Prejudged the case before we even entered the room. Told me that he gives custody to drug addict fathers, and believed every lie my son's father told him. He is disrespectful to women and rude. What a disgrace to give this animal any authority. He had a case of mine in 2016 and, my son and I are still affected by his final ruling. He lied and said dishonest things on the final judgment about me, said I was a drug addict and Ive never done drugs. My son's father is a drug addict, and he believe every twisted story he was told. AWFUL!!

This judge is completely unfair and biased and has ruled my case with malice. My life is ruined I haven't seen my son in 7 months he removed my visit and my son is in California because of an accusation from DCF no proof I don't know how he gets away with it but he is truly ruined my family 😞💔

He places kids under the care of perverted men with proven mental issues. No wonder why some of the kids ended up killed and raped. It has been a miserable experience to listen to his incredibly erratic ruling. To make Maters even more complex, his ego does not allow him to notice (or care?) how he come across and the damage he is inflicted on innocent lives.

A Judge's duty is to be a finder of fact amongst other things. Rather than utilizing testimony and evidence, it is evident through many cases that this Judge believes he is above the law and not required to follow Judicial procedure. His bias against women is evident as his support for his lawyer/experts alliances regardless of fact. It is very sad to see such a lack of law in the "Justice" system.

From my experience and from my research, this judge is beyond biased, makes judgements without evidence and is committing child abuse from the bench. Ripping children from stable, loving homes where they are thriving and doing well. Utilizing connections to assign Guardian Ad litem to support his corruption and the collusion in an effort to damage further rather than bring families together.
