Sean Patrick O'Donnell

Judge O'Donnell recently presided over a relocation case in which I was a party. I was self represented and I knew that my chances of real success were limited due to the bias implicit in the statutes and the courts generally. During the multi-day trial I felt that the Judge largely comported himself fairly. He seemed to listen to both sides and act impartially. There were times I felt he was being unfair or unreasonable, but I figured that no one should expect to get their way all the time. Then his ruling came. I was completely astonished at the brazen discrimination the Judge embraced and his lack of interest in protecting my rights as a parent. He ignored hours of testimony and evidence in what appeared to be a predetermined outcome. Judge O'Donnell, like most (all?) judges in King County, are biased against men, especially conservative Christian men. They seem to relish the opportunity to use their position to hurt those with whom they disagree. My case was no different. The fact that Judge O'Donnell is incapable of separating his personal biases against people like me and his judicial responsibilities is alarming. For our judicial system to operate effectively, all parties must feel as though the will be given a fair and impartial trial. Unfortunately with Judge O'Donnell, that is an aspiration and not a guarantee.

Judge O'Donnell is a sack of human garbage. He is dismissive of everyone, especially pro se litigants. And if he is heading a family law matter and your are both pro se and male? You're done. He will destroy you, facts and law be damned. Hopefully, sooner than later, he'll find himself in a lake of fire.

my friend told me about this site. I'm glad there is at least one outlet where you can make your voice heard! I encourage you to do it. To whoever owns it - thank you! Speak, speak, speak - otherwise the truth will never, ever come out! king county notoriously corrupt and biased against fathers especially immigrants. This is super known. It's an old "white boys club" where they cover for one another abuses and have been for decades! This is where racism is all good and well! If you are a father seeking justice in Seattle during divorce, and happen to be an immigrant or man of color you can "forget about it"! especially if you get cocky dishonorable O'Donnell. with this "hater in chief" king county racists are running the show in family court! this bloodsucker ruled against me knowing nothing about me or my case. He blamed me for things that no sensible human or a jury of peers would! look at his smirky smile... his immoral face says it all! Ppl of Seattle MUST vote this leech out of the family "no law system" as everyday average families continue to hurt daily under his presence! Let's raise up, be heard, write complaints, stand up for our rights! and vote this family destroyer out of the office!

Racist abuser biased towards immigrants, fathers and hard working people. Ignores the law, ignores the facts, ignores the truth. Lying cheating bastards who loves himself. He destroys fathers and one day i hope he'll be held accountable for the crimes that he's committing against fathers!

Very arrogant, authoritarian (to the point of being tyrannical), rigid, does not care about the evidence or exhibits or witness testimonies (certainly, not those that don't fit into his apparently predetermined desired narratives and outcomes). While family courts are notoriously [redacted] and discriminatory to fathers and [redacted]. He should be removed from the bench IMO; and most certainly should not be allowed to made decisions about lives of parents and children; [redacted]

Family law settings, arrogant, high opinion of himself, and doesn't think he has ever made a mistake. Judge O'Donnell is gaolable, likes to read made up stories and does not look at the exhibits and evidence at hand. Judge O'Donnell does not follow WAC or RCW. He bases his decisions on his male chauvinist and extreme liberal political views. Does not care about protecting the children involved in the case.
