This judge will destroy your kids lives and who ever is the abuser in the case will win. Even if you have proof! Beware she shouldn't be on bench especially with her husband who seeking higher power over new york state. Imagine what this woman will do

Based on how much Segal Blakman loves money and a luxurious life, she is not for justice in the courtroom. During her hearings, abusive and corrupt people get what they want; she rules in their favour. Money comes first in the court, not justice. The court is the wrong place to go for justice if honesty is replaced with the $amount.

Segal Blakeman is a very abusive judge who replaces her lack of knowledge in courts with anger. The judge supports abuse. Her husband, [Redacted by Ed.] , is an executive in Nassau County, and his wife took the judge job soon after she got married to him. Isn't it a corruption? They are often seen at the celebrities' parties. And now they bring President Trump into this by showing the world their connection to the President. Both Blakeman, husband and wife, dont do anything good for the county besides showing off themselves.

Judge Segal Blakeman needs to be removed from the Bench. Clearly an angry and abusive Judge who chooses sides very early. Once she has her favorite you stand no chance. She ignores the NYS statutes (laws) and runs her courtroom like a dictator not a Judge. She tries to mimic President Trump when she says things like I know this case better than anyone and I know you and your spouse better than anyone. Court systems are designed to be fair and she is anything other than fair.

The abuser who gained custody thanks to Hon. Blakeman has posted his reply. But did not mention that he used a woman whom he turned into an illegal immigrant and used her to have a child. After that, he planned to get rid of her because she is, anyway, illegal. These kinds of guys get supported by Hon. Blakeman. But I think that God knows best!

I am the “abusive father” referenced in Comment #: NY14133. Thankfully, Hon. Judge Blakeman saw straight through the lies and manipulations spewed by the mother—an illegal immigrant and professional scammer who’s made deception a lifestyle. When my child was born, hospital staff handed the baby to me—not the mother—because she was so hostile, even in that moment. From the start, she made it clear she had no interest in being a parent. She repeatedly said she'd gladly give up custody if it meant avoiding child support. And she wasn’t joking. Her behavior wasn’t just neglectful—it was dangerous. She caused my child to fall down two full flights of stairs, almost killing her. Eventually, she kicked my child out of the house at just 8 years old and left her stranded beside a major highway. That’s the kind of mother we're talking about. And no, my child is not autistic. The so-called “developmental issues” were trauma responses—understandable, given the years of emotional and psychological abuse she endured. In my sole care, free from chaos, she has thrived. Eight straight semesters of High Honors. No contact, no support, no interest from the mother during that entire time. She’s been given every opportunity to be involved—but she refuses. That kind of absence is louder than any excuse. Classic narcissist: obsessed with control and appearances, utterly incapable of showing love or accountability. So yes, I’m a full-time, 24/7 caregiver—and proud of it. I’ve raised a happy, healthy, brilliant child on my own. We live in peace now, and for that, I thank God and Hon. Judge Blakeman for cutting through the nonsense and doing what was right.

Hon. Blakeman is a very harsh person. But maybe this is her beauty. In our 12-year-old custody case hon. Blakeman gave custody of the 13-year-old female child diagnosed with mild autism to the abusive father. He won! He won sleepless nights and 24-hour care of the child with temper tantrums. He won to be the helpless single father after going after the child's mother with false accusations for 12 years and ripping this child out of the mother's care. The only way to stop an abuser is to give him what he is asking for. Now he is a 24-hour babysitter. When people don't appreciate the help they have, all you need to do is step back and let them try it on their own. Thank you, Hon. Blakeman!
