This judge is a horrific example of court corruption.

This judge is a horrific example of court corruption. He blatantly allows his judges to get away with judicial misconduct and discrimination against people with disabilities. He doesn’t deserve to be the presiding judge and he could care less about people with disabilities. He is allowing severe discrimination by his judges. This man needs to be removed from this position. I know that because the court has allowed their judge to destroy my life. This will be on a mission to tell everyone what y s allowing ng his judge’s to get away with. This will be my life goal. To destroy his and all his Crony criminal judges legacy. This is just the start.

A first class Jurist. The definition of an unbiased judge. I really wished that there were a lot more judges like Judge Tapia on the bench.

Judge Sergio Tapia presided over my preliminary hearing in Burbank.

Judge Sergio Tapia presided over my preliminary hearing in Burbank. Despite clear surveillance showing I was ambushed and attacked, he bound me over for trial while my assailants were never charged. My objections and evidence were ignored. More troubling, when I attempted to raise legitimate due process claims—including the unlawful destruction of my business vehicle by Gay’s Towing (which was both evidence and my primary asset)—Judge Tapia denied every avenue for redress. No accountability for the Los Angeles County District Attorney, Glendale Police Department, or related misconduct was permitted in his courtroom.
