Why in the world is this person heading to the federal bench? She went to one of the lowest ranked law schools in the country. And she has a personal injury- and medical malpractice background. Oh, that's right, she's "South Asian," giving the Biden Administration a perfect opportunity to tout another diversity first. Let's face it: The federal appointments process has now clearly dispensed with even the pretense of merit-based appointments; it's now really all about politics. Which means the "legal" system in this country is quickly descending into politics by other means. What an abomination.
