This Judge once told someone undergoing cancer treatment and needing a continuance that a separate set of rules do not apply for cancer patients (and denied the request). That tells you everything you need to know. Needlessly nasty.

Probably the most incompetent judge I have ever dealt with. Needs to be immediately removed

My thoughts on Judge Olefson: was not a litigator prior to taking the bench; too inexperienced for the job; hates her job; toxic demeanor; only shows up to advance an agenda; and does not care about her constituents. She does not belong on the bench.

Here we have a special diversity case wingnut. Before you find yourself in front of this one its good to have a little background. She recently provided a summary judgement for the Hilton/QClub vs Riggo case which amongst other things addressed daily Resort fees collected by the former but not shared with the condo owners. Olefson, struggled for 3 months to find an out on this one, knowing where the bread is buttered, she didn't disappoint. She threw the case on an obviously incorrect limitations argument.
