Family Court Corruption is a human rights violation and it happening everyday in Solano County Superior Court

It is about time the CJP is kicking unsafe behaving judges to the curb. Everyone should contact the Commission on Judicial Performance about the ethics violations against Judge Shauna Chastain help the counts in pile up against her. Notice of formal proceedings against Shauna Chastain against this judge. While Shauna Chastain has been in a position as Judge she made unconstitutional decision in family law hearings and knowingly had a hand in misconduct practically everyday in the courtroom.

This judge is bias against men and extremely prejudice against black men. Hey I'm not the only one making these complaints about this judge. She has placed a false domestic violence restraining order against me with no police report no violence no legitimate threat or anything. I filed to change the order of my visitation to see my daughter in February this year; here it is November and we have been back and forth in her court room and she has not allowed me to address why we are there. Please someone help me get out of her courtroom. I want fairness. I am a father just wanting to spend time with my daughter but this judge hate me. What can I do I need help to get out of her court room. I have so much more to complain about however after reading all the other complaints about her I'm not sure she has not been removed.

If your appalled by the misconduct, corruption and systemic abuse in Solano County Superior court, in law enforcement, in several Solano county Departments, in city and county government file a complaint with the Solano County Civil Grand Jury. The Solano County Civil Grand Jury has the power to remove local government officials from their position for misconduct/ malfeasance. Then write a damning report about it. The Solano County Civil Grand Jury can investigate the local government, law enforcement, court staff members, board of supervisors, the district attorney, public defenders, the Solano County BAR Association, probation department, the mayor, the city council members, public school, group home, family service programs and other county and city entities. Look up Solano County Civil Grand Jury online. Research the investigative powers the Civil Grand Jury has to investigate law enforcement and local government misconduct. Ordinary citizens can serve on the Civil Grand Jury and investigate law enforcement and all of Solano County departments. Create an civilian oversight committee that can be a watchdog with subpoena powers.

The most unprofessional bigot judge I have ever come across. Even as a witness, she would behave erratically and has deep rooted anger issues and is a danger to the public. Makes snide remarks about different races and dialect and ridicules accents.

Shauna Chastian's behavior is disgusting. She is clearly out of line [Redacted by Ed.] Stop removing my comments about the Judges!! Especially comments about Shauna Chastain!! Shauna Chastain doesn't deserve to be a judge, or a lawyer and doesn't deserve to work in a court system. She needs to be kicked to the curb now. She doesn't obey jurisdiction laws. Court orders have been illegally created in Solano County that should not have been created behind the backs of people who no longer reside in Solano County. The litigant had to get their lawyer to go to court in Solano county to present a motion to dissolve a restraining orders granted in false pretenses. Shauna Chastian's conduct was [Redacted] crazy when the lawyer presented a correctly written motion with all the points and authorities to void and dissolve the restraining order. Shauna Chastian flips out all the time in the courtroom. She violated protocols during covid shut downs and demanded people travel outside jurisdictions to go to Solano County court. She denied remote court hearings. Then Shauna Chastian was participating in remote meetings with other judges during Covid shut down. Then the judge would deny remote court hearings for people that lived hundreds of miles outside of Solano County. So people had to risk their life and travel during covid when their were travel restrictions. Shauna Chastian has anger issues that are really terrible. Too many sick and gawd awful people work in the Solano County system. Shauna Chastian replaced Judge Garry Ichikawa, [Redacted] Shauna Chastian is not different than the former idiot judge before her. There isn't anything wrong with parents trying to resolve their divorce and child custody orders.
