Sheri Pym

Everyone else here nailed it- Pym is an absolute IDIOT. She should have never been gifted a job as a Magistrate Judge. This was obviously a cronyism or nepotism appointment for her. She never did jack in the private sector, and even less in the US Attorney's office. HOW did such a moron get appointed??

Magistrate Pym is one of the worst judges in the central district, she does not care about the facts or the evidence, fabricates false records to falsify the record, and will do anything to dismiss a case to help a government litigant. The magistrate obstructs justice, Do not consent to her to judge a case, she is incompetent

This magistrate has bias and prejudice and is co attorney for government litigants and will not follow the law. She usurps authority and makes rulings without consent from the parties and does not follow rules of civil procedure. Pym is awful as a magistrate judge.

Former AUSA with clear bias for the government in both civil and criminal cases. Will ignore any law that can help Plaintiff's in civil litigation/rights actions while giving government defendant's every option there is to get a dismissal, including gaming the discovery process. Terrible judge. Hopefully she will never be elevated.
