Sherri L. Eisenpress

Judge Sherri Eisenpress was forced to retire in 2026 after numerous complaints and an investigation by Sarah Wallace of NBC. It is to be seen if Kathleen Waterman-Marshall is next given that Sarah Wallace featured two reports on Judge Waterman. The relationship among matrimonial judges and certain attorneys needs to be investigated much more closely by the CJC. The CJC needs to set an example of any judge that receives some type of benefit in exchange for favorable decisions.

Lazy

This judge told me to stop talking to my client. I am a therapist and she advised me to cease communications with MY OWN CLIENT. Last I checked, we live in America. She also took the kids from their mother and gave them to a reported abuser.

She needs to be removed off the bench. She destroys lives and profits of children and people.
