Agree 100% with the other poster here, except she doesn't deserve 2 stars. She is definitely arrogant and condescending. I watched her chastise a lawyer multiple times for bringing a perfectly valid case to her court. She did seem very uninformed about the facts of the case.
Arrogant and condescending, Judge Schweitzer seems to predetermine the issues and does not consider any arguments contrary to her preconceived notions. She rarely seems to read all of the paperwork submitted and is often at a loss for the facts and issues in a case. She spends a lot of time covering up her mistakes instead of doing the work to get things right the first time.
Sherri Schweizer should not be judging anything according to the 13th Amendment she is a Lawyer She denied me 3 times I lost my home because of her and I will be reporting this to the IRS she is involved with money laundering!!
Seems pretty angry and hates the idea of father having equal custody. Very aggressive towards fathers.
