Hello! Martin County is the most corrupt court I've dealt with. Three Judges in two circuits filed domestic violence orders, a final judgment gave me custody, two year injunction, Safe Exchange Zone, 26 weeks batterer's intervention program "for the best interests of the minor child", and then the 5th DCA Affirmed the two-year injunction. My case was turned upside down by 2 Judges that are friends. Judge Waronicki (later arrested for FELONY COCAINE, SECOND DUI, and drug paraphernalia and then resigned) first penalized me for following the injunction Judges already ruled on and was Affirmed by the 5th DCA. A year later appointed Father's attorney as State Prosecutor for Indirect Contempt to put me in jail for 9 days for following a "Safe Exchange Zone" and Emergency Order after an Orange County School counselor issued a "Threat Response to Suicide" and our Son would not exit the car. Five minutes into jail Father's attorney/ Prosecutor served me a Petition for Relocation (no relocation). J[Redacted by Ed.] Judge Bauer took over the case with an Order to Transport me from jail to the courthouse in an armored truck in ankle shackles and handcuffs for 2 more fraudulent contempts over a tumor doctor's address and drivers license photo already provided but filed so Father could request they keep me in jail for 9 more months. Resetting the Temporray Relief granted in 2020 to also have proper representation and other motions were blocked since 2021. Knowing what they were up to, I detailed all dockets with the corruption and FL Bar violations. After jail the State filed a Motion to Remove themselves as a party in the Indirect Criminal Contempt appeal. An Order on Relocation with no relocation switched custody and decision making to the Father. Our Son had a 3.9 GPA, I had taken him to all doctor's appointments, financially provided, I have no domestic violence orders against me, no drug issues, nothing....... The Order was filled with Judicial Bias, victim blaming and fraud on the court. The record was tampered with which I have detailed to the court. My Counterpetition was not docketed until I filed a 3rd resubmission. Exhibits omitted, redacted etc. Resigned Judge Waronicki has been shamed in FL now.
