The commissioner is even handed and I am always happy to appear in front of her. Even when she rules against my clients, she is fair and explains her rulings. She cares deeply about justice and fairness an due process. She is an asset to the bench. She lets everyone have their say and even lets them go on perhaps a little too much, in my opinion. With children, she is entirely child-focused and uses the best interest standard as it ought to be used--as a guiding star. SHe is the most polite judicial officer I have ever appeared before and her composure on the bench and in the heat of sometimes heavy argument is admirable.

She burned out too quickly. Said I only got 5minutes to talk, which scrambled me. She did not review any on my filed evidence, she listened to some bias cops, deliberately asking me questions that they, the cops , precisely have mentioned- way too coincidental. Unhappy with her ruling. She was bias, from the beginning, and clearly influenced by our abuser- whom is a narcissist-disguising himself as adhd. She needs some education on the problems with leaving a woman who cannot even spell her name-who can be easily manipulated by an abusive partner. Facts she was very very very wrong for ignored!
