One of the worst judge in NYC, dosen't care about your liberty and concious and ignore the constitution.

Hagler is a fair judge. He has nice a temperament and demeanor. Seasoned and calm, even when the attorneys are not. He doesn't bite and appears deferential to all sides. A good model for how judges should conduct themselves.

this judge pretends to know the law, yet, law is not his strogest suit. He does not grasp legal issues, and loves to hand out default judgements with no merit

I had a motion with Judge hagler were plaintiff was attempting to default my client in a case where it clrearly had no possible liability. Judge Hagler got the arguments immediately and issued the legally correct decision. The arguments were simple and obvious but that is not always a guarantee the judge will understand them in some NY courtrooms. So it was nice to have the judge see what was going on easily. Also, the judge clearly knew the plaintiff's counsel and had a very favorable view of them, but ruled easily in my favor despite that because the law required it. So that was refreshing.

Never have I encountered a jurist with such a disinclination to render a decision. Perhaps it is mere laziness of Slo Mo and his staff.
