Bends over backwards to support lawyers even when they are unethical, incompetent, and hurt the people they are supposed to protect. Does not read litigants' filings or his law clerk's papers. Appoints his buddies as court-appointed counsel and seriously biased against pro se litigants. Government took advantage of him because he obviously did not know the law.
