A terrible judge who doesn't read papers, doesn't understand civil procedure, and who, after being on the bench for less than a year, appears to already hate her job. If you're assigned her, I'd suggest filing a CCP 170.6 peremptory challenge. You're guaranteed to get a more diligent judicial officer should you do so. They say the "grass isn't always greener," but with Judge Dujan, it surely is. She shouldn't be on the bench.
