Grandstands in his rulings and how he treats litigants, plays favorites and politics, and only has the job because of being politically appointed and moved up. Has run unopposed on every reelection due to a large campaign chest of political and private interest donations.

As other comments had stated with great accuracy a political appointed individual that was best served if that at as servant in the state attorney office in Broward. He is currently in a division in the eleventh circuit in which he has no experience, and his ignorance clouded by ego is a huge disservice to the residents of Miami-Dade.
