Not much to report other than she slammed my client on a bail decision where CJA recommended ROR on a D VF assault. I would have ruled differently, but she's the judge. She has a legal aid background and she didn't readily accept the people's positions in other cases so I guess, all in all, I'm just aggrieved. She's probably very good as I reflect on it now, as she challenged the People on other cases while I was waiting to be called. So there it is.
