Stacey Wiederle McCormack

It's refreshing to see a judge act like an actual human. Don't let her humor and relaxed countenance fool you though - she is listening to every word being said. Overall a very competent judge. Her decade in criminal appellate defense really shows.

Judge McCormack is a complete narcissist [redacted by ed.]. Her disdain for portions of her profession are laughable as is her self proclaimed status as a great mind of criminal law. Guessing she gained this status over the two years of trail experience she has in the local PD’s office. Judge Stacey would be astonished if she could actually comprehend would people think every time she waddles into the courtroom saddled with all her personal baggage. She enjoys jury trails because they are easy, not complicated work, nothing difficult, basically she just sits there. [redacted] poor judge.

Judge McCormack does not possess the judicial temperament or wisdom to preside in family court. Her disdain for it is well known in words and action. It’s simply beyond her grasp, and that’s what frustrates her. Qualified judges are well rounded, mature and thoughtful. She lacks these qualities.

Simply awful. Dread going into courtroom. She is perceptually unaware, like CV, and genuinely creepy, like Wachs. Emulating the qualities of a loudmouth, and that of a misogynistic, are typically avoided not embraced.

Concur with below. Absolute narcissist. Shallow. It’s the courthouse version of “happy hour”. Why is it that fools never see the reflection of a fool?

Not posted in haste. The childish manner in which this judge conducts her courtroom resembles a middle school carnival on a Friday night. Chronically late, slang language, giggles and a flirtatiousnesses that permeates throughout. Everything short of gum chewing. SWM is pretentious and self absorbed. Her overt lack of respect for the bench (and herself) is palpable. She has honed her rep, whether it’s Wachs or member’s of the S.O., she’s seems to be in crisis. Needs to behave more judiciously.

Total embarrassment to women. Abusers cannot be granted visitation rights. Unbelievable. She is fake, from her hair to her spanks. Her and Wachs are cut from the same cloth, despicable.

Absolutely the worst, should never be allowed in family court. Zero compassion or empathy, totally disinterested. Learn what she did to her own family, figures. As bad if not worst then her “mentor”, Wach ruined her. SWM would have been wise to follow the precedent sent by Judge North. Make a mistake, run from it. Then deny, deny, deny.

Of course she's a women hater. She's learned well from her master, the original sexist pig himself Wachs! Of course men appearing in her courtroom are given a free pass to abuse women! Nobody should be surprised. She will carry on Wachs' sexist ideology once he's gone. Disgusting pig of a woman!

I’ve read the comments below and the negative comments appear to be someone’s “personal agenda”….judge McCormack is entirely suited for the bench. She is hardworking, listens, empathetic, and most importantly knowledgeable on the law. This isn’t the forum for someone’s personal vendetta. I have appeared before this judge more times than I can count and she is on the mark-even when I disagree-every time…
