She is an awful judge and favors abusive fathers. She had my 6 mo old rotating from house to house, awarded the father 50/50 despite him having multiple DUIs. Oh and her attitude is disgusting, very unpleasant biased judge.

As a mother I’m thankful for judge Grogan,she was very fair , wish everyone was like her ,she is a good judge.

This judge does the job well, it’s sad that people use children as weapons against spouse . She rules fairly and is excellent at her job.

She it terrible, and to think she is a founder of the Elimination of Bias committee. The father lies in court, doesn't follow orders and she says it fine. She doesn't allow me to speak and awards him what he wants. Not to mention SHE puts misinformation down on the minutes and orders and there is no stenographer. I plan of filing something with the appellate courts or something like that. I'm still doing my research. But yes she is very bias and I will be using this website as evidence . Thank you. She also uses the word "irregardless" she is a joke

Dishonorable Grogan-Jones needs to be taken off the bench before her ruling results in the death of a child. She's BIASED beyond comprehension in favor of abusive "fathers". She silences & further victimizes victims of domestic abuse. She empowers & enables abusers. She violates all Family Codes, constitutional rights, & behaves like a criminal defense attorney rather than an unbiased judge.

Very biased! I expressed deep concern WITH PROOF about my child’s safety matter and she completely didn’t care. It was actually disgusting how she ruled over my custody case

Horrible, biased against mothers, doesn’t read declarations, men will get 50/50 regardless in her courtroom. I file a modification based on ex not following orders, she decreased his time temporarily and he didn’t follow those orders, went back to court and she ended up giving him more time than he had from the start. She didn’t care about him not following temporary orders, told me that was “in the past” her current temporary orders that he disregarded were now “in the past”. Now he has more time on paper and I make more money than him so now he’s threatening me daily that he will get child support from me. So, ultimately I’m paying him to take care of his kids cause he’s all of a sudden now following the orders. Thanks to the judge for empowering him to this extent. I was initially trying to get a modification because I had the kids 95 percent of time and he refused to help me physically or financially and in order for me to get support ( he makes 150k a year) I would need to get his time reduced on paper based on what he was actually doing. She didn’t care that he didn’t follow the custody orders. So, I filed a modification and he has more time on paper and now I have to pay him. The court system is a joke and this judge just enables sorry men to do whatever they want.

This Judge doesn't let the person who doesn't have representation talk. Doesn't follow what a hearing is about. She doesn't know what the order is and doesn't care.

She's biased and does not care about what is in the best interest of the child. She favors attorneys and silences non-represented litigants.
