She's trying to prove herself and doesn't seem to understand addiction or recovery. Using defendants as an example who have been clean over 2 months arresting them in court for 1 dirty test 2 months earlier. Even when they are now employed and 2 months no dirty test. And no bail. Thanks for kicking an addict whos changed there ways and became a productive member of society for over 2 months. Thanks judge Negin and people of fresno wonder why there are drug addicts . I thought the courts were helping addicts reach sobriety!
