This Judge systematically denies women and children fair outcomes in DV/Divorce custody related hearings. It took months for him to issue an indefinite DVI against my exhusband based on substantiated findings of abuse. He then placed myself and children in peril with his asset division and support rulings. To include allowing custody to a man who abused us. Forcing me to pay him despite him having a significantly larger income while I was left to handle all debt incurred by ex. The judge wrote our divorce decree in such a vague and contradictory matter that it has forced me to be brought to court repeatedly and forced to pay legal fees for abuser. Abuser lied abuser provided false testimony. It has been an ongoing nightmare. He unilaterally handed my abuser the ability to maintain control and abuse via legal methods. He refused to allow my children have a guardian ad litum or camera testimony. They were 16 and 15. He forced them into contact eith abuser. Ive been threaten with incarceration for not wanting to provide confidential address to abuser. Abuser continues to stalk harrass intimidate and threaten. Judge dismisses my very valid concerns. My safety advocate from dv shelter was apalled by the courts handling. There is substantiated physical sexual and verbal abuse. It is traumatizing to know that this abuser will always have an upper hand in court.
