Refuses to adhere to the rule of law. Issued a DV restraining order yet failed to change custody as required (cfl 3044) sets deadlines and then allows the preferred party unlimited time to comply. Dropped an exparte matter without dropping the temporary order attached. Violates protected rights without a care. Lets personal opinion guide his decisions. DANGEROUS AND ABUSIVE TO LITIGANTS
