He is biased, he shows bias especially towards skinny women, even if they're the wicked who harmed another.

He is biased, he shows bias especially towards skinny women, even if they're the wicked who harmed another. He is rude, constantly interrupts when testimony is being presented. Stephen Gizzi is okay with Hispanic and Caucasian women to lie under oath straight to his face and still sides with them. He is okay with documents signed under penalty of perjury full of false misleading statements as long as its by whom he is biased towards. He will not charge them with contempt ever. Judge Gizzi doesn't allow people of color nor black foundational Americans to speak in court without his constant interruption with his negative word salad. He is intolerant and short tempered; He has even made fun seniors when he himself is a senior. He is disrespectful towards those who are NOT Hispanic or Caucasian women. Stephen Gizzi, is not an open-minded, unbiased, nonpartisan Judge. He refuses to actively listen to the facts of the case due to his temperament and impatience with those he deems are unworthy of justice. He plays with people's lives as he rules with his own personal explicit biases. He is shameless in ruling in the interest of his personal preferences when he is to be a Stewart of the constitution.

Biased towards women, doesn't follow the law

This judge is arrogant and fails to follow the law in lieu of his own feelings for the case.

This judge is arrogant and fails to follow the law in lieu of his own feelings for the case. He isn’t able to take a step back and put himself in anyone else’s shoes and once he decides something be it right or wrong there’s no going back. He even threatened me and made sure it was off the record when doing so. He, thankfully, was moved out of family law, but not before he wrecked many, many lives unnecessarily.
