Honorable Stephen J Taylor I believe is not right in the head. Jail and or prison is not the solution for everything, everyone, some people need real help that jail does not offer. I have never experienced Judge Taylor firsthand but have seen him with others I know and it’s disgusting. First thought is “prison prison prison” I’ve had superior court judges that saw another side and didn’t just throw me in jail over mistakes and I thank them everyday in my prayers. Do better or retire S Taylor.
