I'm a civil trial lawyer with extensive jury trial experience. Judge Morgan appeared to have decided the outcome of the case before we set foot in his courtroom. He appeared unwilling - or perhaps unable - to read and apply the case law evenhandedly. Halfway through the trial, Judge Morgan started making arguments for the defense. One of his arguments was so preposterous that even defense counsel declined to adopt it. At least he gave us a strong appeal, but I would have preferred a fair trial.

Stephen Morgan believes that he can deny a jury trial which is a Federal right he is not allowed to withhold but is a racist so he does. He also decide the merit of a case that has a jury demand. Because he is a criminal .

Judge Stephen Morgan abuses his authority and court to allow Kathryn Barger and other county criminals to use his court to commit felonies and imprison citizens. He is a danger to society and a criminal.

Thanks to Stephen Morgan my disabled child is unable to go to school, access disability services or get safe and appropriate medical care. [Redacted by Ed.]

He is a newer Judge. He takes his work very seriously. He reads the papers and makes fair rulings. He treats all litigants, including pro pers, with respect and patience. Most judges should sit in his courtroom for a lesson on how a Judge should treat people and run a courtroom. He also has clerks and assistants that are friendly and helpful.
