Stephen V. Manley

Judge Manley knows more than anyone that abused children are very likely to enter the criminal justice system at some point in their lives. He just doesn't care about that. One of my kids has already told me that he was suicidal and strung out on drugs. He will likely end up in Judge Manley's courtroom. It is just disgusting what he does. Had he stopped the proceedings, all of my kids would have received the help that they are entitled to.

Judge Manley only acts like he cares about other people. He is quite cruel to aid divorce attorneys to cover the sexual abuse of children. I don't believe that he should even be on the bench. Manley acts like this because he knows that the Commission on Judicial Performance is toothless. He also knows that no one runs against an incumbent in Santa Clara County. There is no one to hold him accountable.

I never even met or spoke with the psychologist. But that did not stop a report from entering the record at the taxpayers expense. Said report completely absolved Valerie Houghton and Judge James Towery of all their misconduct and criminal activity. Not even a two year old getting raped bothers Judge Manley. He is completely callous. He also knows that not addressing the child molestation is allowing a pedophile to volunteer at several schools in Santa Clara County. Judge Manley should be prioritizing the needs of the community. We have already gone through the Me Too movement, the Jeffrey Epstein fiasco, and the Catholic Church scandal. Judge Manley is supposed to set an example that exemplifies appropriate behavior. Instead, he is negating all the progress that has been made in fighting sexual abuse. Judges are supposed to always protect our community. This judge is allowing Valerie Houghton to use the proceedings lodged against me to sex traffic my children. I have been begging Judge Manley to stop the proceedings or send it to the trial courts. He knows that my kids are being sexually abused, and that allowing the proceedings to continue is preventing the county from conducting a screening. Judge Manley also knows that I am beings assaulted because I refuse to damage my standing to protect my kids. He just doesn't care about the great bodily harm that I continue to suffer.
