Judge Wyman is very pleasant as a person. Unfortunately, he will also do some pretty astounding mental gymnastics in order to rule in plaintiff’s favor. You can have all the witnesses you want, photographs, consistent and clear testimony, case law, everything on your side but if you’re the defendant it does not matter. It’s sad to see a member of this judiciary demonstrate such woeful disregard for the law and for logic.
