Judge Fahlgren signs warrants based on information only - does not view evidence, recently told a Psychologist, Social Investigator that while he doesn't have a Psychology Degree - he knows more about Psychology than the Psychologist. He is impatient - and interrupted the Social Investigator - was argumentative. The SI spent months interviewing the family members - Judge Fahlgren saw them in court for a few minutes and determined he knew more than the Social Investigator.
