Worst judge ever. Serial Civil Rights violator, with no clue whatsoever how Civil Rights works. For no legal reason (after we sued another judge in Marion county for conspiracy to violate our Civil Rights) he issued an "order" claiming I was a vexatious litigant, even though my 3 lawsuits are all moving forward, then actually prohibited me from making Pro-Se filings, instead of how this works, which is the court can ONLY "Review the Filings before they file them, NOT prevent filings from being filed which makes him a complete imbecile, another Criminal In A Robe, and a disgrace to Honest Judges everywhere. Should be in prison.

Judge Rogers has the perfect judicial temperament. He's courteous to everyone and doesn't have the black robe disease that some judges get infected with when they become a judge and think they're better than the lawyers and litigants that appear before them. I enjoy practicing in his courtroom.
