Steven J. Fuller

The Honorable Steven Fuller is not one of the worst judges in Pinal County. He is relatively evenhanded. At least his wife does not work for the prosecutor's office like one of the other judges on the criminal bench in Pinal County. However, Pinal County still has much improvement it could do when it comes to retaining quality judges.

In my opinion as civil law practice attorney for 32 years, Fuller is biased, ignores applicable Arizona law, and certainly doesn't understand contract law. I will be using his rulings in an article about poor legal writing (i.e., how NOT to write a legal opinion).
